The clearest difference is rating: B2car at 5.0 against Police Auctions's 2.8. B2car also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). Police Auctions's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (294 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
