The clearest difference is rating: 电视直播TV at 4.7 against Thermometer App's 2.3. 电视直播TV also leads on ratings volume (5.7K vs 3) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). Thermometer App's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
