Verdict
电视直播TV and 小配音 both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of 小配音's written reviews are positive against 46% of 电视直播TV's. 电视直播TV's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ratings volume (5.7K vs 23). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 小配音 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per 3 months. 电视直播TV asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for 电视直播TV against 4.8 for 小配音. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 电视直播TV has 5.7K ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 46% of 电视直播TV's written reviews are positive against 100% of 小配音's.
电视直播TV ships an update fortnightly, 小配音 every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 17, 2026.
