A6W: Abs Workout at Home guides your daily abs workout at home with a timer and voice prompts. Follow 6 floor exercises without watching the screen: you hear when to lift, hold, change legs and rest. It is a no equipment abs workout and a simple home workout plan for abs: all you need is a mat or a bit of floor. Made for people who train for six pack abs, a flat stomach and a strong core. THE A6W TRAINING PLAN: A 6-WEEK ABS WORKOUT The Aerobic Weider Six (A6W), also called the Weider six, is a 42-day bodyweight workout for your abdominal muscles. The abs workout plan starts at 1 series of 6 repetitions and builds to 3 series of 24 on day 42; each classic hold lasts 3 seconds. A structured workout plan and abs training plan gives you a daily routine without choosing exercises yourself, and the app keeps track of the day you are on. 6 AB EXERCISES, STEP BY STEP The six ab exercises are crunch variations done lying on your back with raised legs. Each has an illustration and a detailed step-by-step description, so you can learn the technique before your first home workout for abs. During the workout the picture follows each phase of the movement. WORKOUT TIMER AND VOICE GUIDE - Your voice guide tells you to start, change legs, rest and move to the next exercise, and can count out every repetition. It uses the voice installed on your iPhone or iPad for your language. - An exercise timer and rest timer pace every hold and break, with series, exercise and repetition counters and a progress bar. - Your core workout keeps running with the screen locked or another app open. A Live Activity shows the time left and progress on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. - Cues can lower your music or podcast while they speak, and the screen stays on during the workout. ADAPT YOUR ABS TRAINING TO YOUR FITNESS LEVEL - Choose cycles of all 6 exercises, or finish all repetitions of one exercise before the next. - Count exercises 1, 3 and 5 per leg or for both legs, and do exercise 5 slow or fast. - Set the countdown before the workout and the break between series. With PRO, also set the exercise time, the rest during an exercise and the rest between cycles. - Beginner friendly: day 1 is a single series, and the About section explains how to get back to the plan after a missed day. It works as an abs workout for beginners, for men and women alike. DAILY TRAINING DIARY AND WORKOUT TRACKER Follow your abs workout plan at home day by day. The workout schedule lists all 42 days with series, repetitions and the estimated time of each workout, so you always see what comes next. After each workout, save your weight and waist circumference; the charts show both over the plan. Use kg, lb or stone, and cm or inches. Your data stays on your device and no account is needed. BUILD A DAILY WORKOUT HABIT Set a daily workout reminder at the time that suits you. Treat the 42-day abs challenge as a fitness routine: short core training every day, done at home. YOUR GOAL, REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS If your goal is six pack abs or a flat belly, this six pack workout gives your core muscles a repeatable routine. A6W is an ab and core workout, not a fat-burning program: results depend on your body, diet and other activity. Ask a doctor before starting if you have back pain or other health concerns. FREE TO DOWNLOAD, PRO AS A ONE-TIME PURCHASE This abs workout app is free to download, with ads, and the first 6 days of the plan are free. A one-time PRO purchase (not a subscription) unlocks days 7 to 42, removes ads, adds Dark Mode and lets you change the exercise time, the rest times and the spoken exercise countdown. Start day 1 today and follow the plan through all 42 days.
