Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Lazurd App at 67% against CountedKw's 33%. Lazurd App also leads on ratings volume (21 vs 4). CountedKw's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months) and rating (4.3 vs 4.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
CountedKw holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lazurd App has 21 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Lazurd App's written reviews are positive against 33% of CountedKw's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Lazurd App ships an update every 4 months, CountedKw monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
