Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Longevitydocs.ai at every 2 days against ACLM's every 10 months. Longevitydocs.ai also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 79%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). ACLM's advantage is ratings volume (851 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
