One parenting practice a day, three minutes, grounded in research rather than opinion. Drawn from 33 published child development frameworks, Gottman, Siegel, Greene, Markham and 29 more. Tailored to your child's age and your family's situation. DAILY PRACTICE Each day you get a single prompt rooted in the research. Connection before correction. Collaborative problem solving. Emotion coaching. Not generic advice. Every practice traces back to a specific author and book. COACH ON DEMAND When something hard comes up, open the coach and describe what's happening. Ask how to handle a meltdown, how to rebuild connection after a difficult week, or whether the message you're about to send your child will land the way you intend. The coach gives framework-grounded advice, not platitudes, and adapts to your family's situation. BUILT FOR YOUR FAMILY Tell us your child's age group and situation during setup. Typical development, ADHD, ODD, autism, anxiety, dyslexia: your daily practices and coaching responses reflect your family's reality. The coach is told your child's situation, so it won't default to compliance-first strategies or assume neurotypical baselines. 33 PUBLISHED FRAMEWORKS John Gottman · Daniel Siegel & Tina Payne Bryson · Ross Greene · Laura Markham · Alfie Kohn · Adele Faber & Elaine Mazlish · Jane Nelsen · Russell Barkley · Janet Lansbury · and 24 more. PRIVACY Your reflections and coaching conversations are stored securely and never used to train AI models. The app asks for your consent before sending anything to the AI. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Account settings. FREE - No subscription and no in-app purchases.
