All responders are benchmarked on their response times and rated by you, the alerter, to help us guarantee that we’ll always be ready to answer your call and assist you when you need it most. Note: While using the app, the GPS will run even if the app is minimized (while panicking). Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
