Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: iSH Shell at 4.7 against Web Inspector's 3.9. iSH Shell also leads on review sentiment (80% vs 65%) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 152). Web Inspector's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
