POINT® scale indicator required for use. This is the official companion app to the POINT indicator by Scale-Tec. This app is designed to be used as a remote display for POINT devices via Bluetooth as well as a remote support tool to connect directly with the Scale-Tec product support team to diagnose scale issues. Use your iPhone or iPad to view the scale weight and tare or zero the scale. Refine scale calibration, adjust the sensitivity, change the screen contrast and more via the smart settings within the app. The POINT app allows you to contact our support team through live chat. Scale-Tec can also perform a remote support session with you, allowing Scale-Tec to virtually access your POINT scale indicator and diagnose your entire scale system. Non-logged in users will see cash bids, futures, news, and locations. CVA Customers who are logged in will also see grain ticket details, grain contract details, and grain storage. Growers can take advantage of real-time harvest information and receive push notifications when a new scale ticket is available. To ensure you’re correctly setup with your CVA account(s), you will need three identifying pieces of information from a CVA invoice to create your account: 1) CVA account number, 2) CVA site number, and 3) Invoice number or settlement number.
