This app is designed to be used as a remote display for POINT devices via Bluetooth as well as a remote support tool to connect directly with the Scale-Tec product support team to diagnose scale issues. Use your iPhone or iPad to view the scale weight and tare or zero the scale. Refine scale calibration, adjust the sensitivity, change the screen contrast and more via the smart settings within the app. The POINT app allows you to contact our support team through live chat. Scale-Tec can also perform a remote support session with you, allowing Scale-Tec to virtually access your POINT scale indicator and diagnose your entire scale system.
