Dingkeep is photo proof for your rental, whether it is an apartment or a house. Photograph something in your place, tap what you want to know, and get a short, specific card: how serious it looks, the gotchas, some tips, and whose job it usually is. It all starts from your photo, read right on your iPhone. THREE TAPS It showed up. A stain, a crack, a mark that was not there before. Dingkeep writes a dated note to your landlord. Email it with your photos attached. I want to put something here. A frame, a shelf, a curtain rod. Get a way to hang or place it that stays ordinary wear, with a clear stop sign for anything that needs a drill. I need it fixed. A nail hole, a scuff, a loose screw: a short repair. Past that, a quick search for a repair person near you. For an active leak, spreading mold, anything electrical or a gas smell, Dingkeep gives you no repair steps. It keeps the note to your landlord and tells you to stop. EVERY CARD, EVERY TIME - How serious it looks: low, watch or stop. - Whose job it usually is, you or the landlord. - Gotchas and tips specific to what is in your photo. - What to avoid, and what to write down so you have a paper trail. - A date stamp, and a saved copy in your Records. BUILT FOR THE RECORD - Saving a photo never uses a read, and neither does asking about the same photo with the same tap again. - Safety guidance for a leak, mold, electrical problem or gas smell is always shown. - Your photo is read on your iPhone. It is not sent to a third-party AI service. - Sign in only if you want your photos backed up. You can pause or delete your account and data in the app at any time. - Works in light and dark mode. You start with three reads, one full card each. Dingkeep is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. It does not say whether a charge is legal, and it cannot promise any outcome with your landlord or your deposit.
