pointless
After you “log in” there’s nothing to see. Even if you have events scheduled, it says none. And there’s no way to log out or anything. Just use the web.
Awful
While it worked for the majority of convention attendees (75%), it said it recognized my email and registration, but never showed me the event or schedule. Tried several times to reinstall (even after an update) with no better success. My last attempt said My password was incorrect and then said “there was an error” and never sent me a reset email. Tech support was pretty responsive over email, but kept telling me to do things I already. Finally sent me a reset code via email but the convention was half over by then.

Clean and easy to use
The app is easy to navigate and has a clean format for attendees to engage and select their sessions. Overall positive experience so far.
This app stinks
Lot of bad events apps, this one takes the cake
Worst app. Zero stars if I could.
If you are an event organizer, do not use this application or vendor. Its login process for attendees is disjointed, null errors abound, error messaging is awful, and they clearly didn’t build this with proper microservices that can scale, to even a few hundred users. My advice: use someone and something else. Do not waste your time, or reputation on your event, by using this.
