App refresh so frustrating
This app constantly refreshes which forces your open docs to close. Very frustrating and time consuming, especially when you’re using multiple references in class.
Much worse than before
The FSI app was always great… being able to access the data while enroute. This was very important because when an issue arises during a flight, the ability to access aircraft documentation is extremely important. Unfortunately with the recent updates, access requires frequent logging in… which is impossible if airborne (on an airplane without WiFi). Today, while serving as a crew member, we had a failure of part of the pitch trim system. I initially was able to access the app, but when trying to view a subsequent document on the app to follow up with the failure, the FSI App locked me out (requiring login). This is extremely frustrating and makes the app useless.

A colossal step backwards
It's bad enough that they don't print the books anymore, but now with this update, you cannot even have the downloads when not online. That the app cannot even be opened without first logging in is inexplicable. I would rate it negative stars if I could.
Update hurts access
You could previously access the app when off line (for example airborne) to read downloaded references. The current version no longer allows that. This gets extremely aggravating when trying to look something up while flying or other times where internet access is not available.
Decent App — Shouldn’t have to CONSTANTLY Sign In
Every time I leave the app it is required to sign back in. The “keep me signed in” check box must be a joke in their programming department.
