Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Hear Boost at 4.2 against DeviceLINK's 3.0. Hear Boost also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (12K vs 3). DeviceLINK's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 18) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
