Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 簡單日曆 at none against MP3 Converter's 4. 簡單日曆 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). MP3 Converter's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (171 vs 1). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MP3 Converter sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. 簡單日曆 asks for nothing beyond the download.
簡單日曆 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MP3 Converter has 171 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 90% of MP3 Converter's written reviews are positive against 67% of 簡單日曆's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
MP3 Converter ships an update fortnightly, 簡單日曆 every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
