Test Strip Analyzer

Test Strip Analyzer is a quick and easy way to read and track the results of your lateral flow test strip. The analyzer detects the presence or absence of the test line to determine if a test is positive or negative. If the test is invalid (indicated by a missing control line) then the test will be classified as inconclusive. Additional functionalities are available on the Test Strip Analyzer App, including tracking and recording of operator name, location, date, time, and sample type and appearance. The sample information, raw images, and end result are stored in the App until exported. Advanced export options are available.
SmarTest FIT

Reliable and simple app for the quantitative determination of hemoglobin in stool for in vitro diagnostic use. Detection of hemoglobin in stool can be used as a marker for gastrointestinal bleeding for colorectal cancer screening. A positive test result should not cause alarm for the time being and is not synonymous with a diagnosis of colorectal cancer. It can have many causes and is only due to bleeding intestinal polyps or tumors in a proportion of cases. In the event of a positive test result, we therefore recommend a prompt visit to your family doctor's or gastroenterologist's practice to discuss the next steps. The SmarTest® FIT test system consists of a rapid immunological test and a smartphone app. The rapid test detects human blood in stool using gold-conjugated anti-hemoglobin antibodies, and the app quantitatively evaluates the result of the rapid test based on the color intensity of the control and test bands. The result is automatically displayed and stored on the smartphone. The smartphone models and operating systems already supported can be found at https://fit.preventis.com. If your smartphone is not yet listed, you can qualify it for the test using the camera test card. Note: not all smartphones meet the requirements of the app. As with all diagnostic tests, a final diagnosis should not be made on the basis of a single result, but only after the clinical picture has been fully clarified by your treating medical professional.
