Elucidate Studio is a boutique studio located 10 minutes outside of Carlow town and 5 minutes from Bagenalstown/Leighlinbride. Eleanor , Jane and Jean provide reformer Pilates sessions for groups up-to 4 people in weekly scheduled slots or private session bookings . The classes range from ultimate beginner to mixed level classes with an emphasis on ensuring each service user is stimulated mentally and physically from your session. The space encapsulates everything that linking in with your "body and mind" should feel like , and as a result we are sure that your time on site will leave you craving more. Offsite sessions consist of group mat Pilates classes twice per week in the idyllic private space _Wellwood Centre_ . Nested away in its own grounds @R21E951. Group spinning sessions prociced by Eleanor and Jean take place Paulstown R95XV18. Located just off the main CW/KK main road these spicy cardio sessions are the ultimate heart raiser and cardio training fix! 30 & 45 minute sessions programmed to ensure that they are like no other spin class you have ever completed, will round off your training regime to make sure all the boxes are ticked!
