Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ShiftPower at 4.8 against Speed Infinity's 4.3. ShiftPower also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (316 vs 6). Speed Infinity's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
