Cosmos Forms is an easy-to-use, flexible and powerful mobile phone platform for automating work processes. Completed tasks are automatically updated on the requesting form. Entering of tasks can easily be tailored to allow pre-defined task descriptions to be defined in response to inspection/audit questions making inspector entry fast and consistent. Automatic GPS capture, unlimited photos (at both a form and task level), bar codes, voice input and text, number and date fields are all standard features. The form designer, data manager, data synchronization manager, Microsoft Flow connector and other components, are all part of the overall integrated platform and are cloud based. DATS is a combination of a web application that is accessed through an internet connection and browser (DATS Web), and a smartphone/tablet app that runs independently of an internet connection (DATS Mobile). Together, they help you and your people do all the heavy lifting! Some important DATS Mobile features include: Notifications & Quick Checks – DATS Mobile allows you to opt-in to push notifications when important things happen in DATS that directly pertain to your account, and your responsibilities.
