This app is based on a brand new psychological method for overcoming procrastination. By using this app you will be able to turn moments of procrastination into moments of productive and fulfilled life, without experiencing discomfort in the process. App helps you re-calibrate 2 crucial components of your procrastinator brain: Motivation: You need motivation in order to want doing something. Resistance (discomfort): Once you are motivated to do something, it doesn’t mean that you will be able to actually begin doing it. This happens because of feeling of resistance and discomfort. The most basic and easiest way to rise your level of motivation is by watching motivational material. For this reason, multiple times a days, application shows you personalized images and quotes that fire you up as much as possible. When still motivated, then app leads you towards removing feeling of discomfort which you feel when you think about beginning a task. You remove discomfort by listening a short audio which instantly calms your mind. Calmer mind means less thoughts which leads to less feelings and emotions, including feeling of discomfort. Using this app daily will quickly bring noticable results to your emotional state, where you feel more and more willing to do the work which leads you to fulfilled life. YOU DON’T NEED WILLPOWER OR SELF DISCIPLINE! These 2 will come by themselves as you progress towards transformation of your mindset. To speed up process of transformation from lazy, low energy procrastinator into highly motivated achiever, check out the free course which is included in the app.
