Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: FCD at 5.0 against Save Passwords's 4.2. FCD also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and iOS requirement (14.4 vs 16.6). Save Passwords's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (33 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
