PAL Defects keeps the whole loop — raise, fix, verify, close — in one place, so every defect has an owner, a location, and a record. THE INSPECTOR - Raise a defect in a few taps: subject, type of work, and a written description. - Photograph the problem and mark it directly on the image, so the contractor sees exactly what you mean. - Record a voice note when typing on site is not practical. - Pin the exact location on the project keyplan — building, floor, area and room. - Review rectified work and approve or reject it, with a photo and a reason attached. THE CONTRACTOR - See every defect raised against your work, with the original photo, the marked-up image and the location. - Filter by building, floor and area to clear one zone at a time. - Submit rectified work with an "after" photo for the inspector to verify. - Compare before and after side by side. THE PROJECT TEAM - A dashboard with total, rectified and remaining defects, and the percentage still outstanding. - Filter and search the full defect list. - Every defect carries a reference number, dates and the people involved.
