Snow Forest is a gaming class benchmark that showcases the technical capabilities of your mobile device. From the stunning reflections of the snow and the surrounding shadows of the forest to human and insect character animations. Snow Forest contains both a free-roaming Explore Mode and a Benchmark Mode where you can test the performance of your mobile device. The Benchmark Modes allow you to measure the performance of the CPU and GPU of your mobile device: • Metal forward rendering with complex fragment shaders • Dynamic lights and different blending modes • Animation on the CPU • Runs benchmark Onscreen (v-synced) and configure Offscreen in different resolutions • Collects benchmark results and submits them to the asteroidsbenchmarks.com website TECHNICAL FEATURES • Metal API (iOS) • Multi-threaded for multi-core devices • Forward Rendering • C++14 compiled for ARMv8-A • Rendering at native resolution with MSAA • Offscreen Rendering at configurable resolutions • ASTC textures REALISTIC REFLECTIONS AND ANIMATIONS Stunning high-end graphics present themselves across the Snow Forest. Enjoy the reflections in the snow as more is ever-falling from the sky above. There’s a bit of magic in the air with lighting effects coming from the young girl’s wand in hand. See her come to life with real-time animation and watch as she’s joined by several new creatures! BENCHMARK YOUR DEVICE Snow Forest is a visual benchmark based on real-world content. Snow Forest enables performance measurement of mobile devices using CPU and GPU targeted performance metrics. This version has been built with the Universe engine using Metal and multithreading. Benchmark Mode takes a set path through the experience to ensure consistent tests across devices and run-throughs. Once finished the Benchmark Mode displays information about your device and provides performance measurements. ON-SCREEN AND OFF-SCREEN BENCHMARKS While on-screen Benchmark Mode is limited to your device’s native resolution, with off-screen Benchmark Mode you can test performance across a range of resolutions. This makes it easier to compare devices for performance in the same conditions. You can also test how your device would perform if it were to output to a 4k TV for example. MEASURE YOUR PERFORMANCE At the end of the Benchmark Mode, you will be presented with a full report of your device and its performance in Snow Forest Benchmark, which is also uploaded to asteroidsbenchmarks.com. The report contains: • Average FPS (Frames Per Second) • Resolution • Chipset • CPU • GPU GET IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS Snow Forest Benchmark is able to provide in-depth technical performance metrics to give you the data you need to understand how your phone and tablet devices stand up over the course of the benchmark. See detailed charts, lists, rankings and unlock the knowledge you need on our website asteroidsbenchmarks.com: • Frame Rate • Pixel Rate • CPU Rate • Timeline Charts • CPU & GPU Frame Times COMPARE YOUR DEVICE All devices are displayed in the order of performance on our website at asteroidsbenchmarks.com. You’ll be able to compare your device with the other devices ranked. See peak performance and spot performance drops during the timeline of the benchmark for any device. Understand which devices are at the top of their game! ON-SCREEN AND OFF-SCREEN BENCHMARKS While on-screen Benchmark Mode is limited to the native resolution of your device, with off-screen Benchmark Mode you can measure performance rendering at 4K resolution! This makes it easier to compare devices for performance in the same conditions and shows how your device would perform if it were to output to a 4k TV for example. About

Modbus 40001

Features

Modbus 40001 is a Modbus/TCP master & slave for testing and commissioning industrial equipment — PLCs, drives, meters, and controllers — from an iPhone or iPad. Enter a device's IP address and port, choose a function code, and continuously poll a block of coils or registers of any size. Values update live, changed cells flash as they move, and holding registers and coils can be written back with a tap. FEATURES:- • Function codes 01–04 — Coil Status, Input Status, Holding Register, Input Register • Any block size — set the start address and length, checked against the protocol limits for each function • Poll rates from 100 ms to 5 seconds • Value notations — unsigned and signed decimal, hex, binary, 32-bit long, Float32 and 64-bit double in both word orders • Character notations — ASCII in either byte order, plus a low-byte form, with a joined readout so device names and serial numbers read as text • Writes — tap a cell to send Preset Single Register (06) or Force Single Coil (05) • Multiple scan documents — save several register blocks per device and switch between them • Addressing toggle — 1-based (PLC style) or 0-based (raw protocol), so off-by-one confusion is a single tap away from being resolved • Traffic view — every frame in and out as bracketed hex, with capture and clear • Status strip — polls, valid responses, errors, success rate, latency, and last update time • Built-in demo device — try every screen without hardware on the bench • Designed for both orientations — iPad keeps a two-column layout, iPhone scrolls the whole page No accounts, no analytics, no advertising. Device addresses and scan settings are stored only on your device. Intended for general testing of the Modbus/TCP protocol. Not certified for safety-critical use.
