FlowHQ Parent keeps you connected to your child's martial arts school. See what's coming up Your child's next class, school announcements, and recent activity — all on one screen when you open the app. Check in when class starts When your child's class is about to begin, a check-in card appears on the home screen. Tap once and they're marked in. No paper sign-in sheet, no queue at the desk. Hear from the instructor After class, instructors can send a note home — "Great effort", "Helped a classmate", or something to work on this week. It appears alongside that class in your child's history, so you know how the session actually went. Track belt progress Follow rank, curriculum and what your child is working towards. Book and pay for special sessions Reserve a spot for parents' nights out, seminars and trials. Choose to pay a deposit, pay in full — often at a discount for paying early — or pay cash at the school. Keep an eye on payments Your recent payments in one place, whether they were made by card or handed over at the front desk. Your school runs everything you see FlowHQ Parent is the companion app for schools using FlowHQ. If your school already has your email address on file, you can create your account right in the app; otherwise your school can send you an invitation.
