We are a large-scale comprehensive financial services provider. Since 2012, we have primarily operated in Hong Kong, engaging in securities brokerage, equity and debt capital markets and underwriting services, asset management, and lending services. We are a licensed corporation regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, conducting regulated financial activities under Types 1, 4, and 9 licenses in full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Additionally, we hold a Hong Kong money lender license, primarily offering mortgage loans (including property mortgages), personal loans, and corporate loans for small and medium-sized enterprises in Hong Kong. Between 2018 and 2021, within just four years, we participated in over 100 bond and initial public offering (IPO) underwriting projects, raising a total of US$10 billion in capital.
