Torq Vendor keeps medical device reps on top of every case they cover. You're matched to cases automatically, you can follow the surgery live, and you tell the hospital which trays to expect, all from your phone. CASE SCHEDULE • Every case you're matched to, across all your hospitals, in one list grouped by day. • Search any case detail, including doctor, procedure and notes, and filter by day or hospital. • Group each day by surgeon if you prefer. • See the procedure, surgeon, room, duration, side of body and patient initials, age and sex for each case. • Show case times in the hospital's time zone or your own. AUTOMATIC CASE MATCHING • Torq matches you to cases using rules set up for your territory. • Accept or reject a case, or accept it and mark no trays needed, right from the list. • See which teammates have accepted a case, so you know who's covering it. LIVE UPDATES FROM THE OR • At supported hospitals, follow each case as it happens: patient arrival, pre-op completed, patient in room, incision, closing, closed and patient out. • Follow the previous case in the same room too, so you can time your arrival. TRAY RESPONSES • Tell the hospital how many house and loaner trays to expect, and when loaners will arrive. • Pick named loaner trays from your team's tray library, with suggestions based on the case and your team's past picks. • Mark loaner trays on hold, or tell the hospital no loaners are needed. • Track the trays delivered for your case and view their photos. ACTIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS • The Actions tab gathers every case that needs something from you, with a badge count and colors for what's urgent. • Get notified when a case is added, canceled, transferred or removed, or when its date, time, room, side of body or notes change. Tap a notification to open the case. • Turn on email notifications to get the same alerts in your inbox. MORE • Leave a team response note for the hospital. • Send product order and implant usage forms by photo, at supported hospitals. • Add a case to Google Calendar. • Choose a light, dark or system theme, and adjust the text size. Torq Vendor works with Torq Hospital, the app hospital staff use to coordinate reps and trays. You'll need a Torq account, which you can request in the app.

VerifyDI scans the Unique Device Identifier (UDI) on a medical device label and tells clinical staff, at a glance, whether the device is expired, nearing expiration, or subject to an FDA recall. Point the camera at a device label. VerifyDI reads the GS1 or HIBC barcode, extracts the device identifier, lot, serial number, and expiration date, and shows a clear status before the device reaches the patient. Recall Checking • Every scan is checked against FDA recall data curated by VerifyDI • Recalls are matched by device identifier, and by lot, serial number, or date range when a recall is limited to specific units • A recalled device shows a red status and an alert vibration • Recall details show what was matched and link to the recall notice • Each clear result shows the date of the recall data it was checked against • The recall check runs on the device and keeps working without a network connection Expiration Checking • Instant status for expired devices and devices nearing expiration • Configurable warning thresholds for approaching expiration • Reads expiration dates from barcodes, and from printed label text when the date isn’t encoded in the barcode Built for Clinical Workflows • Supports GS1 and HIBC barcode formats, including labels that split device data across multiple barcodes • Scans several barcodes in the frame at once and shows the most urgent result • Designed for supply rooms, OR prep, and point-of-use verification For Healthcare Organizations VerifyDI is intended for hospitals, surgical centers, and other healthcare organizations. It helps reduce the risk of using expired or recalled devices and supports existing safety and compliance processes. It does not replace your organization’s recall management procedures. Access Requirements VerifyDI is available to authorized users whose organizations have an active account. User access is managed by your organization.
