Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ALL ARTS at 4.8 against Dream Machine Experience's 4.2. ALL ARTS also leads on ratings volume (430 vs 5). Dream Machine Experience's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 5 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 90%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
ALL ARTS holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ALL ARTS has 430 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 90% of ALL ARTS's written reviews are positive against 100% of Dream Machine Experience's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
ALL ARTS ships an update every 5 months, Dream Machine Experience weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
