Contacts Backup & Sync makes it effortless to protect and manage your address book. Create reliable backups, export in the formats you need, and keep contacts synchronized across devices and cloud accounts—without generating duplicates. Save backups to your device or share them via email and the iOS Share Sheet to your preferred apps and storage services. Export in many formats for smooth transfers and easy restorations. Connect your Google and Microsoft accounts (Outlook, Live, Hotmail, and more) to sync one-way from device to cloud, cloud to device, or two-way. The app automatically detects duplicate entries, guides you through clean merges, and prevents new duplicates during sync. Quickly find incomplete entries—missing name, phone number, or email—so you can clean and organize in minutes. View contacts by company or groups, and see upcoming birthdays at a glance, including grouping by birthday. The app is free to use. Upgrade to Contacts Backup & Sync Pro via in-app purchase to unlock all features with no limits. We respect your privacy—your contacts remain under your control and are never shared without your consent.
