The Same Detection Standard Used in Hospitals and Industrial Safety Sites. Now on Your Wall. Professional CO monitoring has always existed. Hospitals use it. Industrial facilities use it. Firefighters walk into burning buildings with it strapped to their chest. The difference was never the technology. It was who had access to it. TrueDetect uses the same electrochemical sensor technology that professional safety equipment is built on, calibrated to detect CO at levels that consumer detectors are legally allowed to completely ignore.
