Quality inspection reports can easily be shared through whatsapp (integrated) or by copying and pasting a link in an email e.g. The app has an overview of all quality reports, users can filter to find their report and it is also possible to manage user alerts which enables users to be informed actively in certain cases. Quality reports can be created offline as well and will be uploaded when the device has internet connection again.
