Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Mask at 4.3 against ARPAIPAI's 1.0. Mask also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Mask holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mask has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
