Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Dreaming Tree at 4.9 against Monogram Maker App's 2.5. Dreaming Tree also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and ratings volume (51 vs 8). Monogram Maker App's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 12 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
