腦友導航 vs BrainUp 愛動腦

「腦友導航」手機應用程式由東華三院社會服務科區域辦事處(東區/中西區)製作，專為認知障礙症患者及照顧者而設的程式，包括以下六大功能： 認識。我 「被關注者」或未能清楚表達自己，此功能可展示其基本資料、健康狀況及日常喜好，讓醫護人員、院舍職員及其他照顧者，即時掌握被關注者的資訊，促進關係建立。 定位追蹤 照顧者可定位追蹤「被關注者」身處的位置，並隨時發出慰問，以掌握「被關注者」最新狀況。 用藥提示 讓照顧者整理「被關注者」的用藥時間及內容，並以響鬧提醒用者定時用藥。輸入內容包括藥物名稱、種類、份量及用藥時間等，當中更設照片上載功能，藥物圖樣一目了然，令用藥更為準確。 尋人功能 讓照顧者透過本程式發放失蹤長者的資料，動員社區網絡，協助長者早日平安回家。 智晴寶「認知訓練」 挑選了訓練教材「智晴寶」中的三個記憶認知遊戲：眾裡尋「他」、圖案對對碰及社區生活排次序，讓使用者隨時隨地動動腦筋，訓練記憶、專注力及自理能力。 生活實用貼士 家居提示貼分為睡房篇、浴室篇、廚房篇及其他標貼，供照顧者下載。張貼在合適的地方，能給予「被關注者」生活上的提示，協助他們準確地識別各地方及物品。 請注意：持續於幕後使用GPS定位，可能會減少電池使用時間。

BrainUp: Cognitivie Training App is one of the development items under the “Lifestyle Reactivation Project” initiated by ELCSS-HK and funded by Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust since 2018. This Project combines technologies, input from healthcare professionals, and the participation of elderly caregivers to re-engineer the lifestyle of elderly. After completing each training session, the system records the scores and performance, allowing users to review their training results. This helps them understand their abilities and strengths while also enabling them to adjust their training accordingly.
