Convey is a fully integrated software platform for commercial vehicle, drivers’ hours and working time compliance and management. The platform also includes driver licence checking. The Performance Management module allows online audit and management of Driver performance and risk. Using a system of configurable levels and graduated points for infringements and issues depending on their severity. Drivers are managed in a fair and consistent way across the whole company. The Convey Manager App allows Managers to debrief drivers electronically using a tablet or smartphone. There is no longer a need to print, sign and file away paper infringement reports! For audit purposes all actions in the debrief process are recorded. The system captures the action, the Manager who carried out the action, the time and GPS position to record the precise location of where the debrief process was carried out.

As well as the Lightfoot App for our drivers, we have now developed our Live Tracking App which allows Fleet Managers to track and monitor their assets in real-time.
