Build a walking routine that fits your day. Stepkeep is a focused step counter for iPhone, with daily and weekly goals, useful history and personal milestones. Start without creating an account. MAKE TIME FOR A WALK - Choose walking reminders for the time and weekdays that suit you. Reminders are optional and start only after you enable them and allow notifications. - Set a weekly step goal independently of your daily target. See your calendar-week progress in the app and the medium Home Screen widget. - Follow personal milestones for accumulated steps and walking days. See achievements, their dates and personal bests from your saved history, and share earned milestones. WALK AT YOUR OWN PACE - Read an offline walking guide with tips on pace, comfortable footwear and building up gradually. - Explore knee-care guidance, supporting strength exercises and signs that mean you should seek help, with links to NHS sources. - Preview optional age-based step targets alongside WHO activity guidance. Recent recorded activity helps you choose a starting point. Edit the numbers and apply them to your daily goal, with the option to update your weekly goal too. - Your age group is optional, saved locally only when you apply a target, and can be forgotten without changing your goals. No birth date is needed. The guide offers general information, not medical advice or an injury-prevention guarantee. Age alone cannot determine a suitable step target; the presets remain yours to adjust. SEE YOUR PROGRESS - A clear daily goal gauge and hourly activity strip - Week, month and year history, with current and best streaks - Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets - Siri, Shortcuts and Action button support - Shareable progress cards and step-history export - Optional Apple Health reading for walks recorded by Apple Watch - Optional on-device walking ideas and walking-trend insights on compatible devices with Apple Intelligence available YOUR WALKING DATA STAYS WITH YOU Stepkeep reads motion data locally and, only when you enable it, reads steps, walking distance and flights climbed from Apple Health. Your walking history, goals and saved age group stay on your device. Stepkeep does not send health or motion data, goals or your age group to the advertising SDK. Sharing happens only when you choose to share or export. The free version includes banner ads. A single, non-renewing purchase removes ads permanently.
