Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: YPT at 4.7 against iSOW's 4.0. YPT also leads on ratings volume (1.7K vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). iSOW's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 8). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

YPT holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: YPT has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
YPT ships an update every 2 days, iSOW weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
