The clearest difference is rating: Karshaka at 5.0 against VillageDukaan's 4.0. Karshaka also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). VillageDukaan's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
