Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Super VPN at 4.5 against ARMARACE's 2.9. Super VPN also leads on ratings volume (19K vs 13). ARMARACE's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 69%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ARMARACE sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Super VPN sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Super VPN holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Super VPN has 19K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of ARMARACE's written reviews are positive against 69% of Super VPN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
