Note: The app uses HealthKit to enable pacing a workout session by running in the background and it connects with the Health app to sync your daily stats. When used on the apple watch, it can be used for repeating, haptic, inaudible alerts at user-specified intervals. *NEW FEATURE*: Companion Apple Watch app is now here and can work in the background! TimeMinder is a repeating interval-based app that sends users notifications (either via Sound or Vibration-only notifications) at every interval specified by the user. It is excellent for use in activities where the user needs some reminder every so often: interval focused or timed exercise, science lab experiments requiring measurements to be taken at specified intervals, standardized testing where time on questions is limited, etc. The app also has an advanced feature, allowing the user to "queue" up several timers before pressing "Start" to fire up several repeating interval-based timers back-to-back (successively). This can be useful in tasks that require differing repeating interval-based timers, such as timed presentation where you want to send different amounts of time on different slides.
Infinite Alarm

Infinite Alarm lets you set a start time, an interval, and a count — and rings that many times in a row. Set "from 7:00, every 5 minutes, 10 times" and even if you stop one alarm and drift back to sleep, the next one is already on its way. ■ Made for you if… ・You dismiss the snooze and fall right back asleep ・You want layers of backup on important mornings ・You're tired of stacking alarms one by one in the Clock app ■ Real alarms, not notifications Infinite Alarm uses AlarmKit, the same alarm engine as the built-in Clock app: ・Rings through Silent Mode and Focus ・Keeps ringing until you stop it, with a full-screen stop button on the Lock Screen ・No limit on how many alarms you can create ■ Features ・Interval & count: pick common values with one tap, or dial in any number ・Repeats: daily, weekdays, or any weekdays you choose — or just once ・Skip next: day off tomorrow? Mute just the next occurrence with one tap ・Sounds: vibration only, built-in tones, or your own audio imported from the Files app — with in-app preview ・Grouped list: one row per alarm set showing every ring time, sortable by time, next-up, or sound, with swipe-to-delete ■ Notes ・Requires iOS 26 or later ・Alarm permission is requested on first use ・No alarm app can ring on a powered-off or dead device ■ Privacy Your alarm settings never leave your device. Nothing is collected or transmitted.

Verdict
The clearest difference is device support: Time at 4 against Infinite Alarm's 1. Time also leads on iOS requirement (10.3 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
