No one can access unsubmitted reports on your device. When you choose to submit a report you can identify yourself or remain anonymous. A third option, GoTogether(™), will only submit a record when another Vault Platform app user in your organization names the same specific individual giving you the power of reporting misconduct through strength in numbers.
