MOMENTUM IS EARNED. LEA HELPS YOU KEEP IT. You came back to training to keep going, not to end up on the sidelines again. Lea is a recovery and HRV app for parents and everyday athletes who train hard around real life and want to hold on to their progress. Every morning, Lea reads what your Apple Watch already recorded and gives you one clear call: Go, Steady or Rest. Go means the day is there to use. Steady is a real training day with something kept in the tank. Rest is the day that protects next week. HOW LEA WORKS Your Recovery Score comes from six weighted factors, each measured against your own 30-day baseline, not a population average: • Heart rate variability (HRV): how your body is handling the load right now • Resting heart rate: your baseline effort at rest • Sleep: what every hard session is built on. See Deep, Core, REM and Awake for any night, naps included, and your average night by week or month. • Training load: this week's work against your recent weeks • Heart rate recovery: how fast your heart settles after effort • Pain you log: because how your body feels counts too Lea also keeps an eye on breathing rate, blood oxygen and wrist temperature overnight. When one sits outside your normal range, she factors it in and tells you. Until she has enough history to be confident, she marks your score as an estimate. If you log periods in Apple Health, she compares you to the same phase of your cycle. BUILT FOR THE COMEBACK Most recovery apps are built for people whose job is training. Lea is built for the parent getting fit again, the runner coming back from a nagging injury, and the everyday athlete who trains around work and family and can't afford six weeks off. Lea is for you if: • You're returning to training after time off, an injury or a long break • You'd rather adjust one workout today than lose a month • You want your Apple Watch data to mean something, not just sit in a chart • You're tired of guessing whether today is a push day or an easy one WHAT YOU GET Today: one plain-language call each morning, with the reason behind it. No dashboard to decode before your coffee. Sleep and Stress: their own scores, so you can see what's moving your recovery. Trends: your recovery score, HRV and training load over time, so patterns show up early. Injury Risk: Lea watches for sudden jumps in training load and dips in recovery, and tells you plainly when it's a week to ease off. Log: record pain in seconds and tag your workouts. Any pain you log goes straight into your recovery score. Built on Apple Health: Lea works with the data your Apple Watch already collects. No new hardware, no manual entry marathon, no starting from zero. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT Lea isn't a fitness tracker with a recovery tab bolted on. Everything in it, from the scoring to the morning call, is built for one job: keep you training consistently. Momentum isn't about going hard every day. It's about training smart enough, often enough, that you never have to stop. YOUR HEALTH DATA STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE Lea reads from Apple Health and does all her work on your iPhone. Your HRV, sleep, scores and logs stay there. Lea never sends them anywhere, and they only leave your phone if you export them yourself. Lea is built by a solo developer who uses it to train. Show up today. Lea handles the rest. Lea is for general fitness and wellness only. It isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It doesn't replace professional medical advice, so talk to a doctor before changing your training, medication, sleep or nutrition.
