Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: BestCon at 100% against MOES's 23%. BestCon also leads on rating (3.0 vs 2.4) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). MOES's advantage is ratings volume (68 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
BestCon holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MOES has 68 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 23% of MOES's written reviews are positive against 100% of BestCon's.
MOES ships an update every 3 months, BestCon fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 21, 2026.
