They offer 45-minute indoor cycling classes that feature high intensity cardio, muscle sculpting strength training and rhythm based choreography. In addition to being a killer workout - it's a powerful mind-body experience. Mcycle fosters a culture of whole-body wellness and support. Beyond offering cycling classes, Mcycle has a smoothie bar in their lobby and have created a clean, modern space that encourages socializing and positive vibes. Come for the cardio and stay for the culture!
