Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: AUTOBOAT at monthly against STRIKER™ Cast's every 16 months. AUTOBOAT also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). STRIKER™ Cast's advantage is ratings volume (185 vs 7). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
AUTOBOAT holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: STRIKER™ Cast has 185 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of STRIKER™ Cast's written reviews are positive against 80% of AUTOBOAT's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
STRIKER™ Cast ships an update every 16 months, AUTOBOAT monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
