Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: mScopePal at 44% against I's 0%. mScopePal also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (34 vs 1). I's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 2.6) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. I sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month. mScopePal asks for nothing beyond the download.
I holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: mScopePal has 34 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of mScopePal's written reviews are positive against 0% of I's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
mScopePal ships an update every 4 months, I every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
