Edit voice recordings by editing the transcript. ATCutter turns speech into text: delete a word or phrase, and the matching audio is cut too. Useful for interviews, voice notes and spoken podcast recordings. Record your voice or import M4A, MP3, WAV, CAF, AIFF or audio from a video. Tap a word to jump to that point in the recording. Remove long pauses and review filler words before deleting them. Restore deleted words or undo up to 200 steps. Export the edited audio as M4A or WAV. Transcription and editing run on your iPhone. No account or ads. Your original file stays unchanged. Requires iOS 26; recognition models need an initial download before offline use. Available recognition languages depend on your device. Recording, importing and transcription are free. All editing tools are available for the first 3 days after installation. Afterwards, editing requires a one-time in-app purchase.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: ATCutter at none against Note!'s shown. ATCutter also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 13 months). Note!'s advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
