About

DayDone

Features

DayDone is one app for the whole day: events, tasks, birthdays and alarms in one place, with the travel time between them worked out for you. EVENTS The day as a list, or as a 24-hour timeline. An event is created in one line: "tomorrow at 3 meeting at the mall" β€” the day, the time, the length and the place are all recognised. Find a place by name or drop a pin on the map. TRAVEL TIME DayDone works out the drive to an event with traffic included and tells you when to leave. The check keeps running while the app is closed, and the route opens in Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps. TASKS Add one fast with the date in plain words ("tomorrow at 9", "Mon 3:30pm"), repeat it, search across every list, swipe to complete, postpone or delete, and move everything overdue with one tap. Synced with Reminders. BIRTHDAYS Taken from your contacts, with a reminder in advance and a call to the birthday person in one tap. ALARMS Several alarms with their own melodies, a weekly repeat and action buttons right in the notification. DAY SUMMARY One sheet with everything due today: events, tasks, birthdays and alarms together, with your progress and what is already done. WIDGETS AND LIVE ACTIVITY "Next alarm" and "My day" on the home and lock screens, and the countdown to departure in the Dynamic Island. Light and dark themes, iPhone and iPad, and your data stays in your own Calendar and Reminders.
