Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: HWDYKM at 4.0 against CU Chapel+'s 3.3. HWDYKM also leads on iOS requirement (13.1 vs 15.6). CU Chapel+'s advantage is ratings volume (19 vs 2) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
