Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Koder Code Editor at 4.6 against Web Inspector's 3.9. Koder Code Editor also leads on ratings volume (12K vs 152) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Web Inspector's advantage is monetization model (free vs paid) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
